Experience

• Extensive experience in Statutory Audits, Tax Audit, Company Law matters and Taxation matters.
• Handled vide range of manufacturing concerns including Acrylic yarn, Polyester fibre, Galvanized Sheet and Galvanized Tube Plant, Electronics Industry, Ready to Eat snacks, Tourism Industry, Paper Industry etc.
• Extensive experience in Internal, Management and Systems audit including active involvement in policy formulation and Management Information System development for the clients.
• Handled Resource mobilisation from Banks including preparation of Project Report, CMA Data and other services related to Project Finance, Public issues and pricing of public issue.
• Handled assignments related to cost reduction and control.
• Handling Merger, De-merger, and Valuation of business and due diligence activities.
• Due diligence, both financial and Tax (Not Legal), prior to acquisition.
• Travelled widely on professional assignments to U.K, Netherland, Germany, Japan, Egypt, Singapore, Malawi, U.A.E.
