Mr Prabhat Kumar Dhandhania, an alumini of St. Xaviers College, Kolkata and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1985. He is also an associate member of Association of Secretaries and Managers, Calcutta and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida, U.S.A.

• Undertaken restructuring of Sick Companies / BIFR Companies now NCLAT.
